Abandon Ship: The Brian Kelly and Lane Kiffin coaching creed
Wednesday, January 27th, 2010“Why should I attend your school?”
Its a question any promising athelete with a choice of institutions to play ball asks the coaches and staff that visit their homes. They are told things like: I’ll be with you every step of the way. I’ll mentor you on and off the field.
Both the players and the parents receive countless promises and reassurances before they sign with an institution. The players are expected to make and stick with a commitment. So why recently has it become okay for the coaches to abandon these young men as soon as a better offer comes along? I’m talking of course about coaches like Brian Kelly and Lane Kiffin.

SEC Football | Why The National Champion Will Be Crowned This Saturday in Atlanta
Thursday, December 3rd, 2009SEC bias coming your way via Charleston, SC – And Yes we Southerners can be a bit Cocky when it comes to our Football.

So why is SEC football the best College Football has to offer?
Florida v. Alabama, two great teams that have gone undefeated throughout the season and more specifically undefeated in SEC conference play. The SEC offers up a grueling cycle of games that pits a team against known powerhouses that are Florida (It’s anti Christian to Hate Tebow), Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Tennessee & Auburn. Even your “Second Tier” teams like South Carolina, Ole Miss, Miss State and even Kentucky have amazing athletes and would be able to contend, if not win, in any other college football conference.
Don’t let records fool you because just about any team in the SEC can rise up and beat another on any given Saturday. Let’s not forget an average Ole Miss team is the last team to beat Florida (Almost 2 years ago). Just last week two 6-5 teams (now 7-5) Georgia and South Carolina Beat their ACC rivals and ACC Championship game foes Georgia Tech & Clemson. 30-24 & 34-17 respectively.
