Police: Seau’s home was burglarized on May 7

Engineer in Cowboys accident paying $12K fine

The engineer who signed off on plans for the Dallas Cowboys practice facility that collapsed and seriously injured two team employees three years ago is paying a $12,000 fine to settle faulty design charges from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

Sources: Cowboys’ Bernadeau has hip surgery

Cowboys guard Mackenzy Bernadeau, who signed a four-year, $11 million deal as a free agent in March, had surgery over the weekend to repair a tear in his right hip and the hope is he could be back in 10-12 weeks.
